1- Postage and packing

 A. France

   We offer two delivery options, depending on how quickly you need your items:

a. Express 24-hour delivery (next-day delivery for orders received before 12 noon).
This service is provided by TNT and its "relais colis" package centre network and is used by companies such as La Redoute.
Delivery is restricted to mainland France (excluding Corsica).
Choose to receive your package at home or at your nearest "relais colis" package centre.
This service is free of charge for orders over € 150.
Postage and packing is charged at € 3 for orders over € 80 and € 10 for orders under € 80.

b. Standard delivery (within 5 days).
This service is provided by La Poste's "colissimo suivi" parcel tracking service.
Postage and packing charges for standard delivery are € 7 for orders under € 80 and free on orders over € 80.

IMPORTANT
  The following details will speed delivery of your items:
- payment guarantee by your bank via 3-D Secure
- an email address from your service provider (non-hotmail)
- a directory-listed landline and your mobile phone number to alert you to delivery of your package (for TNT packages).

 B- Rest of world

Altitude & Plenitude delivers worldwide.

To find out how much it will cost to send your order to your country, click on "international delivery" in the left menu on our homepage.
The cost of delivery is dependent on the size of your order and where you are in the world.
These factors may make you eligible for free delivery.

Delivery time for your order is between 72 hours and 8 days.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of order confirmation. You will be issued with a tracking number to track your delivery.


2 – Exchanges

* We are happy to exchange any item at any time, including sale or promotional items, provided that items have not been worn or damaged.
Please clearly state the reason for returning items (e.g. wrong size or model (please state new model and size), refund).
Clients are responsible for the cost of returning items to Altitude Plenitude.
The costs of re-delivery will be borne by Altitude Plenitude for the first time.

Returns should be addressed to ALTITUDE PLENITUDE, 22 avenue de la roque, 24100 Creysse (France).

To avoid having to exchange items in the first place, please compare our sizing charts against an existing well-fitting garment.

3 – Satisfied or your money back

* You have 7 days in which to request a refund.
The terms of sale are the same as for exchanges, provided that articles have not been worn or damaged.

You will be refunded by cheque or a credit to the debit card used to pay for your order.
The reimbursed amount will be less postage costs paid by the client; these postage costs are the responsibility of the client.

4 – Payment

*There are two ways to pay for your purchases:

- in a single payment by cheque, bank transfer, debit card or money order
- in 3 interest-free instalments by cheque (orders over € 100) or debit card (orders over € 150).

Cheques should be made out to Altitude Plenitude.
Altitude Plenitude uses the Caisse d'Epargne's SPPLUS secure payment service.

*Orders over € 300 can also be paid for in 3 interest-free instalments by debit card.
This option is only available via the Receive and Pay service.
With Receive and Pay, your account is only debited when you have received your items and you are satisfied with the delivery.
To use this payment method you must be a Receive and Pay subscriber.
