We are aware, however, that many of our customers require a little extra reassurance to use this service.
For this reason, we offer you the following guarantees.

a) All our items are made from exceptional quality fabrics.
At 95% French, Italian and Spanish, you will love their comfort, hard-wearing qualities and their design.
b) We carried out a 3-year testing programme to get the right cut for our items. We made up a limited number at first to assess the suitability of the cuts. The results can be seen in our collection today, but we are always happy to receive suggestions for refining our work.
c) Altitude & Plenitude offers everything from classic pieces to fashion wear, at unparalleled value for money. Our extensive knowledge of our industry means we can confirm this. Our international network means that we are able to produce our items in large quantities, so we negotiate the best deals with our manufacturers.
d) Articles with a shorter manufacturing phase are offered to our customers at lower prices. Conversely, some classic articles have a higher price due to the special materials used. Lastly, tying all this together is the opportunity to shop at our prêt-a-porter jeans boutiques, which is our principal objective and fits our resolutely on-trend image.
e) A list of distributors (in France and abroad) will be posted online in the next few months, when our network is finalised.
- We aim to provide prompt delivery and after-sales support, particularly for returns and exchanges. Please refer to the General Terms of Sale.

f) If your package is lost in the post, you will be sent the same item as a replacement and Altitude Plenitude will take the necessary steps to seek compensation for costs, without you having to do a thing.
