1. Distribution
As a professional working in the larger size clothing trade, we are offering you the chance to boost your business by becoming a distributor of ALTITUDE & PLENITUDE products.
As an introduction to our product, and to promote customer awareness of the new lines you are offering and encourage repeat business, we invite you to purchase a selection of pieces (minimum purchase € 200). We recommend that you stock one or two full lines in the most common larger sizes, and then purchase extra stock as and when you need it.
We will work to stock products for your business; your investment will pay for itself.
2. Terms of purchase
Please fill out our contact form. It is particularly important that we have your correct business address and VAT number.
You will receive a price list and a list of recommended retail prices in the post.
Placing an order
Using the order form provided by ALTITUDE & PLENITUDE, note down the products and sizes that you wish to purchase and fax or mail the form to us.
We will then issue a pro forma invoice for you to make payment.
As soon as your payment is received, we will dispatch your items and issue you with a tracking number.
Deliveries are handled by TNT international.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery costs are calculated on the basis of weight and order amount.
Delivery charges will be quoted up front prior to confirmation of your order.
Depending on the order total, some deliveries will be sent carriage paid.
4. Contacting usIf you require further assistance or you are unable to find an answer to your query, use the button to arrange a telephone appointment.We work in partnership with translation and interpreting service WEBINTERPRET to communicate with you over the telephone.This service is reserved for our English-speaking, German-speaking and Italian-speaking clients. If your language is not listed here, please let us know which language you speak and we will make the necessary arrangements.
